We're hoping you can find your inspiration at C&C.
The impact a dedicated nurse can make on someone's life when given the opportunity is immeasurable. With first-hand knowledge of the well-being of each of our residents, you will make sure they are cared for to the highest standards. Leading and motivating the team and managing care plans, you will organise staffing and utilise your nursing expertise to ensure the safe and smooth running of the unit.
To join our team, you will need to empathise with our ethos and be looking for an opportunity to get back to doing what you do best. Naturally, you're an RGN with demonstrable post-qualification learning and development, and experience of providing direct personal and social care. A great communicator and team manager, you will have the confidence and experience to train, coach and develop staff and liaise with professionals and other agencies.
We are offering a comprehensive induction and your very own learning and development plan to support your career enhancement. Regular one-to-ones with your line manager come as standard too.
To apply for this role, please upload your CV. The requirements of this role can be found in the job description via this link.
